Thank you for your interest in completing an application to the Campus Missionary-in-Training (CMIT) internship program. Please read these instructions carefully to ensure that your application is correctly completed and processed.
Application Instructions:
1. All applicants are required to submit a $30 application fee. You can pay the fee online by clicking here. Upon receiving approval as a CMIT, you are required to pay an additional $100 processing fee. You will be notified how to pay this fee upon approval.
2. The CMIT Legal Document packet must be printed, completed, signed, scanned, and then attached to your application. The CMIT Legal Document packet includes the CMIT Agreement & Authorization, Background Investigation Consent, Spouse Background Investigation Consent, and Conciliation and Arbitration Agreement. 3. You will need to attach a scanned copy of your Social Security Card or Green Card.
4. You will need to attach a scanned copy of your Driver's License.
5. You will need to attach a recent photograph.
6. You will need to provide contact information for three character references, including your current Campus Missionary/Director, an additional Ministry Leader, and an Employer.
Unless otherwise directed, no single response should exceed 200 words. If you are married or engaged, certain questions will be directed to your Spouse or Fiancée and you must fill out the Spouse Background Investigation Consent form in your CMIT Legal Document Packet.
There are over 140 questions in the application; please allow ample time to complete the form and make sure that all of your scanned documents are prepared in advance.
